Freediving with sharks and large marine life requires a strong foundation in proper freediving techniques to ensure safety and confidence in unpredictable, open-ocean conditions. Building experience in equalization, breath control, and buddy safety is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED before participating in expeditions, as it allows divers to remain calm, make clear decisions, and fully enjoy the encounter without compromising safety.
