EXPEDITION FOR CERTIFIED DIVERS ONLY

  • Our retreat is designed to improve freedivers at whatever skill or certification level they are at. All divers have different challenges and personal goals.

Our retreat has a unique blend of dry training, static, a depth training, and cold water therapy that will challenge you physically, physiologically, and mentally to improve all aspects of your freediving game.

Prior to our depth training our experienced instructors will sit down with you to discuss your depth and freediving goals, personalizing your training throughout the retreat.

  • There is no limit.

Our team of freediving instructors are highly experienced safeties with all of the necessary equipment to assist and coach you through your deep dive attempts. It is our goal to create a safe and controlled training environment that will allow you to explore new depths. While our focus as instructors is to ensure clean and proper technique > depth, it is an opportunity to train and flirt with your freediving limits.

EMILY

Head Instructor of Salty Souls Freediving

Em is a a more fish than woman type of girl. Her salty days started in childhood, spent overturning rocks, discovering starfish, and engaging in lively races with hermit crabs. Starting off as a divemaster and underwater photographer inspired, Emily seeked to explore what it means to be an aquatic human, ditching the gear, and embracing the mental and physical journey of breath holding and freediving.  Eager to share the benefits of living with a blue mind Em found her calling in instructing and helping others realize their aquatic goals. If you find yourself diving with Em you’ll likely hear muffled snorkel screams of excitement and celebratory surface splashes when you get a personal best or dive achievement.
